Title: Laptop BIO info

I trying to get the BIO info for my laptop to get on a VLAN network but I cannot get into Windows XP Professional or the MOS DOS command prompt to enter "Ipconfig/all" to get the info.

What do you mean you are trying to get the bio?

I need to get the MAC address to send to the VLAN administrator. I cannot get past the username and password since windows will not recognize my credentials. I am logging on with a military Common Access Card.
