Title: Fourth Login works

try this one on......................and happy new year .

It takes 4 login attempts to connect to my account on a financial site. The first three redirect to page 2(not page 1) of their 'open a new account' page. Happens with IE and Firefox the same way. If I log out and visit another site....then log in again...works the first time. If I close the browser and reopen in...back to 4th login situation.

This does not happen on any other online accounts that I have. Just this one company.

Their support people told me they never heard of this....suspect my browsers are corrupt with some redirecting issue......suggest I delete and reinstall both of my browsers, but I have not yet done so.

Any ideas?

Visit our Virus and Malware section and follow the instructions on posting your logs...
