Title: Problem with XP, is restarting

Hello, when i turn on computer is restarting. Restart is in this moment when WINDOWS LOADING screen is ending, than computer is restarting again and again..
What's is problem?

What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

Everythink worked fine..
Computer is very, very old...

I try turn on computer in "Safe mode' but can't log on is again restarting...
