Title: Missing Icon

I would like to remove a program from my computer. Went I went to the Control Panel to look for  “ADD/Remove there was no Icon.  What do I do?

I have a Toshiba  Satellite Series lap top

Go to START - RUN and type: appwiz.cpl
Press ENTER
What happens?

Do i write it. In this way. true or not  ??? ???
Regsvr32 Appwiz.cpl and hit enter. then reboot the computer
