Title: Usb mobile broadband dongle

Do you have to have wifi to use a usb mobile dongle ? I got one for a relative and installed it but when the connection manager comes up it mentions that you need to enable your wifi, It installed fine but when it comes to loading up the top up page then it just shows a blank white page.... Its a o2 dongle.

What kind of PC do you have?
What Operating System?
Did you get a CD with the USB thing? Did you follow instructions?
Do you expect it to connect to the internet?
Where do you live? How does one normally get internet where you live?
