hi am Emma and i would like to get a solution to a computer that automatically ShutsDown each time i restart it (problems began after a power failer)

Hi Emma, welcome to the CH forums.

There's not much we can do for you until we know what kind of computer you have, laptop/desktop/maker/hardware details.  We also need you to post all error messages in full especially if they contain Stop codes.
