Title: facebook: cookies needed

i have tried to login into facebook over the past 4 days and it keeps tellin me that i need to enable cookies i have done this. i have went to 'tools' 'internet options' 'privacy' and dragged it to 'accept all cookies' after all this facebook is still telling me 'cookies are not enabled' this is so frustrating, can someone please help me?? many thanks x
