Title: Need help with unclickable windows and losing space in C:

Every 1 minute my windows becomes unclickable and I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL for it to work. How do I fix that?

Also, I noticed that I'm losing space in my C:, every now and again when I go into my computer it's fuller and fuller.

Please help me
