Title: Wireless Problem

When my phone rings i always lose my internet connection, like when im playing online video games, going to the internet with my phone, causing me to get disconnected from online, i got a wireless rounter. how do i fix this problem what do i do please help thank

But more detail is needed.
What kind of service do you have. Is it a DSL?
Did you contact the company that provides your service?
How long have you had the internet service?
Has this problem happened before?
How many computers? Which Operating system?

wireless rounter.

Rogers

5 years

Has this problem happened before?

Every time the phone rings

How many computers? Which Operating system?

Only have 1 computer. PC

Wireless router is not your service. It's either dsl, cable, satellite or dial-up.

And Rogers provides your phone service too? If so, you need to contact them.

i do but isn't there way to do it with out me calling them. what i have to switch and fix?

Is this one of those @##$% things where the telephone and Internet come out of the router? And it is 5 years old?
