Title: computer is super infected with spyware

my computer is infected with spyware. i constantly try to run an anti spyware program, but my computer keeps telling me that "application cannot be exectued. the file **** is infected" i have tried running a couple of Rkills, but they wouldnt run either. i would really appreciate some help with this! thank you!
