Title: everything i open opens with open with

My computer was infected with xp security malware
I scanned it and deleted the infected files with antimalware software...now everything i open even the internet explorer opens with the open with window...even mcafee and all other programs....what do i do...

when i try to open add/remove programmes from control panel, it says cannot find rundll32.exe
