You provided a link to an RC 2 version, not the final release.  ::)  There's reason to use that now since the the final is available at http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable.

While not specificall on Firefox portable, I have come across this website (http://portableappz.blogspot.com/), which looks to have a lot of apps that have been converted to portable versions.

Check this tools to create portable apps    http://www.digitalprank.org/top-5-tools-to-create-and-run-portable-applications/ (http://www.digitalprank.org/top-5-tools-to-create-and-run-portable-applications/) by the way  this website http://portableappz.blogspot.com (http://portableappz.blogspot.com)  is good but most of it's files are uploaded to file sharing services so you have to wait for 50 seconds or something before you download them.
