Title: Graphics card conflict, after Windows service pack (Checked all Resources)
Post by: bcaulley on May 23, 2011, 08:21:00 AM
Hi,
 I have a Acer Aspire One AO751H
After a windows 7 service pack install my graphics card is not working well.
This is the message

"Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 500
Display adapters
Intel Corporation
Location: PCI bus 0. device 2. function 0

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to
disable one of the other devices on this system.
[/i]

I will tell you what I have tried
:
Windows troubleshooting does not tell me the conflicting source,
driver updates haven't helped, flashing the bios hasn't helped, cannot restore past service pack, have not seen any options to uninstall service pack

Here are my netbook's specs:

Operating System: MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1
CPU: Intel Atom Z520  @ 1.33GHz   58 °C
   Silverthorne 45nm Technology
RAM: 2.0GB (4-4-4-?)
Motherboard: Acer JV11-ML (U3E1)   63 °C
Graphics: (1024x768@1Hz)
   Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 500
Hard Drives: 244GB Western Digital WDC WD2500BEVT-22ZCT0 ATA Device (SATA)   40 °C
Optical Drives: No optical disk drives detected
Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio

Any Help would be appreciated. ::)
