Title: Can I Delete These Cookies?

I looked at my computer's Documents and Settings\TEMP.MYNAME\Cookies folder and there's alot of items in there.  Can I delete all these cookies?

Follow up question: I have to delete the cookies one by one because the file itself is a system file that can't be deleted.  How do I prevent a build up of cookies?

Download and run a 3rd party app such as ccleaner to delete your cookies or just delete them from within the options of your browser.

Thank you.  Over 1 G more hard drive space freed up!
