Title: Can't even access BIOS. Black screen. plz help me!

it can't boot into windows as it can't even access BIOS~! it remains black-screen whenever i turn it on. (it makes some beeps as well) 
CAn anyone help me plz?

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Go to the website of your bios provider and look up the beep codes

You've provided no information about your system or the background of the problem, so there isn't much else to suggest.
