Title: error loading transcript TC/IP

i have the HP compaq laptop NX 6110, i am on operating system Windows XP, i have suddenly lost my internet, i have this error message that says - error loading transcript,TC/IP (adapter 0) operation oah code 10050 (2742h) can any body help me get back onto the internet, thanks

That error code and message is very rare. Is that the EXACT wording of the message? It might be a bogus messages or an attempt to interfere with your internet.
Please post the exact message.

another message is error loading c:\windows\fcpsecod.dll there is also exclamation marks highlighted in yellow, in 18 of the adapters for wireless & internet part, can you help on this , thanks

Network often does not work until you fix all the yellow marks. Try install the cabdrivers over again. Did you recently add anything?  Fire-wire?  PC card ? What wooed have made all those yellow things show up?
Does this HP laptop have a history of problems?
Bad battery?
Did you have to repair anything?

i was on the internet ok, then suddenly lost it when logged on the next day

fcpsecod.dll is not a legit file.
