Title: Mouse and Key help needed!

When I hold down a key on my keyboard (any really) and try to move my mouse, it doesn't work! This is really frustraing when im playing WoW and Minecraft

What is not working? Can you be more specific please. The mouse or the keyboard?

Are the mouse and keyboard USB or PS/2?

Am I right here - When your pressing a key on the keyboard the mouse no longer works? There is a setting on laptops for this to stop you using the touchpad while typing. Check the mouse settings tab under control panel and look through there, should be as simple as a tick-box !
