Title: how to transfer photos from computer to website

Ok so I am completely frustrated cause it seems to me that it shouldnt be that hard.  I had the pics on the kodak easy share and transfered them to my computer each pic individually but this is the dilemma I want to put them on a website called scream and fly but I dont know how to move them from computer to the website.  Any help greatly appreciated.
