What are the negative effect of ram, heat sink and coolant(gel) on computer.i.e what are the likely signs to see if these materials go faulty or bad or damage

If your RAM goes wrong, you might have extremely slow boot times, computer randomly crashing, etc.

How to diagnose bad RAM.
If you have not applied CPU thermal paste, please do so as it maximizes heat conduction between the CPU surface and heatsink.
The heatsink is a piece of metal-it cannot go "faulty." The fan can go faulty, though, and if your computer temperatures are abnormally high (you can check your CPU temps in your BIOS or with SpeedFan/Piriform Speccy.), the fan may be suspect.
