I dont know what I did but you know when you go to start then Shut Down You will get a list of icons for shut down restart etc. Well now when I go to Shut Down my pops up a box of a old style with a drop down box to choose from. I would like the icons back not this drop box but I have no idea what to even make the pop box appear.
I took a screen shot so you would see what I mean.

Try this:
Go to Start>> Control Panel
Click User Accounts
Click "Change the way users log on or off"
Make sure the box next to "Use welcome screen" is checked.

Does not work and besides I do not want to have to check which account to use. I just want the Win XP Icons instead of this pop up box when i shut down

Are you saying that before, you had the new style icons but no Welcome Screen?
