Title: website uploading problems

Hi everyone , I'm new to this - I have an online art gallery - everytime I upload new images , the ones I have already uploaded mix up and swap over - what's going on #? The pictures have done this several times and it's driving me mad - my business depends on getting it right - please help clever techie people- I only understand basic language - no computer jargon please!

Where is this art gallery (link please)?  Who created it for you?  What program was used to create it?
