Windows 95 is not a bootable CD.

You need a bootable Windows 95 diskette first.

CD-ROM Extras for Microsoft Windows 95 Upgrade (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q135315)

The CD-ROM Extras for Microsoft Windows 95 Upgrade includes files that are included in the CD-ROM version of Windows 95 but not in the floppy disk version.

If you have the CD-ROM version of Windows 95, you do not need these files.

It looks like he is asking, like we have a bootable floppy.

Can we have a bootable disk.

He would have to obtain a Windows '95 CD and then burn another, bootable, CD.

That's a different thing.

In that case you want to install the OS.
