Title: Samsung RV510 Motherboard no post, beeps!!

Hi everyone I was hoping someone here maybe able to help me with a problem I am having. I have a RV510 Samsung laptop motherboard number BA41-01323A that will not power up or even beep. I have tried replacing the ram with ones I know are working but still nothing. Also tried with battery and from mains, when you press the power button it takes a few seconds then the fan spins for 1-2 seconds then nothing no beeps nothing. I know it probally means the board has gone but is there a way I can know for sure? Thanks very much for you time

I had a similar problem with one of my laptops. Try removing the battery completely and see if it powers up. My bad battery was the only issue that was stopping it from powering up.
