 If 26 such computers are to be installed with the software microsoft 2010 what licensing options are available? What are the
resulting costs?

I really don't know about that, I guess you would have to ask a representative...

Its a financial advisor that judges which form of Volume Licensing you may need to get based on your budget.

Unlikely.  26 is a tiny installation base by Microsoft standards.  You might get a discount if it's for an education establishment or if you're installing thousands and want to go down the volume licence route.
