Title: protected authentication system password

have a customer forgot the dell secure manager password or the laptop is hot its a latitude6410 and i was wondering if i could get some help on how to get to the password so i could change it

The best answer is to go to the Dell web site and find out more about that model.

 Here on this site there is some general information about lost passwords. The CH forum does not provide details on how to hack strong password systems.

There are some commercial programs that claim to work. But these and not endorsed by the CH forum
