Title: Access InLaws computer to help them learn to use it!

Is there a fairly cheap program that I could access their laptop to solve easy problems that the have on almost a daily deal. I live 500+ miles away. While visiting or being visited there is no problem. Even though they write it down in own language, they have problems days later.
