We recently lent a computer to a freind. We just got it back and were trying to download SW:TOR for my wife to play. We got a message saying zoom downloader is not responding then it shut down our download attempt. There are no recovery points, and worse, our freind lost our recovery disc.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

First of all, uninstall Zoom Downloader with the freeware version of Revo Uninstaller http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html that also scans for leftovers and unused registry entries after the uninstallation...

It seems like an unnecessary add-on to use-most browsers already have an integrated download manager. I wouldn't trust any other program managing my downloads for me, too. Your download should work again after the uninstallation...
