We need to know the computer make/model, amount of RAM, hard drive size, type of sound card, type of video card, etc. The more info the better BEFORE we start that!

She has children so maybe thats why she has it on there but i want to override that BUT i dont know how because she is out of town. I dont think she would want me to delete all the contents on her computer.
