Title: How do I know downloaded windows has virus ?

I bought a new computer with windows 7 cd-key and realized computer is a bit slow also isn't working properly how it should be... so is there any possibility about virus in windows files ? I downloaded windows from torrents. Maybe I can download windows from windows website ? to be honest I couldn't find direct link.
