That board is still being sold, ,but it is very old. It is a 478 type Intel board. It may have significant design defects,** so trying to bring it up can be a waste of time.

But you should be able to find drivers, it was very popular.

** Intel says it may have defects.

I still have a lot of Pentium 4 stuff in stock that I could use.  I basically, made this as a back up unit an to remotely run an application.  I wasn't able too locate it usein the search

Same board, different thread:
http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,126814.0/all.html

Intel doesn't recognize "D865GVLCL" as a valid part number for support.

You've got the motherboard, read the part number on the NIC chip.
Looks like LAN is part of the chipset driver set.

Graphics are provided by an Intel Extreme Graphics 2 controller while audio is handled by the Analog Devices AD1981B codec. Connect to a network with the integrated INtel 82456EZ 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet LAN.

This forum helps people by use of volunteers who share sill and knowledge with others. Sill full use of various resources may lead to a piratical solution to most problems.

Here is a resource specific to the issue of Intel network drivers.

Network:Intel (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection Driver Version A02
Network:Intel (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection Driver Version A02 - CNET Download.com
http://download.cnet.com/Network-Intel-R-PRO-100-VE-Network-Connection-Driver-Version-A02/3000-2112_4-109070.html#ixzz1wHV0Dluw

Going trough this whole list is time consuming. The OP should take a look to see if any of those drivers are compatible.

This is my main machine here if I don't have my laptop with me.  Basically, a backup an a way to move files an every thing.  I was able to get the drivers using the chat here so it should be okay.
