can't reinstall favorites in address bar auto complete.....hp  win 7.

I don't really understand the question, but this is what I found for IE 8 or 9 on the favorites bar.
Unhide favourite bar in Internet Explorer 9 (http://blogmines.com/blog/2011/07/14/un-hide-the-favourite-bar-in-internet-explorer-9/)
And Show or hide the Favorites bar in Internet Explorer 8 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Show-or-hide-the-Favorites-bar-in-Internet-Explorer-8)
