Title: Will not boot

Got this pc given to me. And it does not boot. No beeps black screen. All the fans work. The LED on the mother board is lit. Checked captors around heat sink and they seem ok. What else can I check? HD is good cause I tried it on another PC and it booted up OK.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

AMD Athon 64X2
MOB Asus M2N NX SE 
1 Gig RAM

Any details such as error messages...beeps...or what exactly happens when it doesn't boot ? ?

Just fans run. No beeps. But I will double check to make sure the speaker is plugged in right.  But that's it. Can not get into BIOS or anything.

I would check to make sure all the cables are fully plugged in. If you have an extra power supply, you could try that too.
