Title: i want to retrieeve my administrative password

Good day pals,
                       Please i lost my administrative password,this was done due to my mistakenly deleting 
one of the parental user which i set up,and it happened to be the one with the administrative password.whenever i try to download a request for administrative password pops up with only the ''no'' being accessible.please how do i go about this challenge?If eventually the solution is to format,how do i go about that too?.
