Title: Help with Zeroaccess, ransomware objects and PUP's

Hello,

I really need help.  I had a virus that has been removed, but I was told I still have leftover Zeroaccess, ransomware objects and PUP's. 

I did get some help removing the virus, but I made a mistake of running the adwcleaner from download folder instead of desktop and afterwards I was abandoned. :(

I'm really afraid to go to any banking sites, etc. because I am afraid that my info may get stolen...Will someone be able to help me, since I've ran it from the download folder?   

Please help....

OS is Windows 7 64bit
