Title: excel sheet taking 30sec to open

excel sheet(any office files) opening takes nearly 40 seconds to open from any location operating used is win xp professional

deleted tmp chk temporary internaet files used disk clean up scan for virus but problem is not solved

How much memory you have?
Do you face the same problem with programs other than Office?

Do you have an antivirus program installed and running.
