It keeps crashing!  Why???

More info needed.

1.) When does it crash?
2.) What error message(s)?
3.) What OS are you running Vista or 7 and which version?
4.) Have you tried connecting to this same site that crashes using IE, and if so any problems?
5.) Which version of Chrome are you using?

Every day.   I am using Windows 7.  Something pops up that has 2 lines.  One says do you want to close down,   The other says it is working to help.  It often has a small blue spinner.  I have never tried going to IE

When Chrome crashes, does this happen with certain websites?  Exactly what does the error message say?

A box shows up with 2 lines.  1st line says it is working to fix it.  2nd line says - close it down.

It does not seem that IE has it.  But I really like Google Chrome.
