Title: Internet Connection

Windows 8 ASUS 6gb ram
My COMPAC desktop works with ethernet cable while my ASUS laptop doesn't at the same time with either ethernet or wifi ones on and laptops off. New ASUS laptop does send voip messages and does update virus definitions but no web pages!! weird

HELP
