Title: Windows 8 Hot Keys

I realize Windows 8 has bugs and as with other versions of windows there is some a time frame when it become bugs free.  Well the bug I have now is with the Hot Key WINDOWS Key + X Key ... it use to bring up a window with most of the things I look for in my system, but somewhere along the line that key combination stopped working ... anybody have any idea of how to set it?
