What is reporting your registry inactive ? ?
Sounds like you're infected to me...

THANKS Patio>>> as i know, i type on run regedit, but there is no message, no error reporting, and no windows open, why???? because i kwon that all technics for operating system is all on this registry.  :-[

Is that the only problem you have - when you try to open regedit nothing happens? Please go to START - RUN and type: taskmgr
Press ENTER
Does task manager open?

Hello Allan, no task manager, i try too the CTRL+ALT+DELETE but it the same problems

By the way, I see no need to do what the article at your link suggests.
