1st thing to do for troubleshooting is to check Device Manager...
Any Yellow !'s ? ?
-
No there is no yellow marks
also it passed the Memory diagnostic test
-
One thing you can try is a new CMOS battery...part # CR2032...available anywhere.
-
Thanks for your suggestion.
is there any way we can nail down it to CMOS issue.
-
Replace the battery...then you'll know if that's the issue or not.
-
Thanks will try that

As far as your wireless, does it have a switch somewhere on the sides or in front?
Did you try Function + F2?
Did you make sure it's turned on in the BIOS?
When you checked device manager did you also check to make sure your wireless device was showing up there?
