Title: Computer Beeps three times and no display appear.

Hi,

My computer beeps three times at startup and nothing appears on the screen. I thought that it would be the VGA Card and tried changing them, but it doesn't work. I also tried changing the rams, but stills the problem exist.

What can be the issue? Can this be a problem with the bios or any other reasons?

It'll be great if someone could assist me on this.
