Title: Adobe Flash Player Plug-In in Chrome
Post by: Emory on October 21, 2013, 08:44:18 PM
My Adobe  Flash Player in my IE browser works just fine.

The Flash Player in my Chrome browser is giving me fits,

I have DL'd Flash correctly and am advised that I have that Plug-in in the Computer, but the screens keep advising that I need to Enable the plugin. On my Plug-In site I see where Flash is enabled.

Is there a way to Enable the Flash Player of which I'm not aware?

Try these steps, if one does not work, try next:

Method 1.  Remove/Uninstall Chrome from 'Add/Remove programs' (Windows xp) or 'Programs and features' (Windows vista and above) in control panel. Download and Install fresh and latest copy of Google chrome.

Method 2. a) Download: Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller (http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe) Close all open browsers and run the downloaded file. This will remove the flash player installed on your system.
b) Download and install fresh copy of latest adobe flash Payer using chrome or other browser.

Try above methods one by one, check if problem is fixed after trying each method.
Please post back results.
