Title: FIRE FOX DOES NOT OPEN

Hi,
When I try to open my Firefox browser, a message window with "couldn't load XP com" pops up.     I am unable to use Firefox.   I try to uninstall it in the control panel.   I could not do it.    Did I do anything wrong?   Please help me.

Is the error a startup message or when opening Firefox? What do you mean cannot uninstall in Control Panel, any errors shown or is Firefox listed in Add or Remove Programs?
