Title: how to restart computer completely

Ya i figured now my computer is done for and i need to restart everything so i was wondering if anyone could help me out with that cuz this is rele bugging me  :'( i figure i have to maybe install windows XP again and it will restart on its own ya i need alot of hep on this much appreciated
