Title: Shutttle XPC FS56 will not load

Having lots of trouble with a shuttle xpc FS56 i bought.  Will not load anything.  Power and fans com on but the monitor will not.  System has had a display once before.  Parts all all new any ideas.

I would turn off and reseat ALL cards and RAM. Do you have a lower end PCI video card to try on it? Do all fans spin appropriately? Does the HD make sound?  Is the power supply sufficient? Check here:
