Title: 2 pop-ups that I've been getting everytime I start my comptr.

1st sign:
1)- Has “Windows” written in the upper left hand corner of it’s  titlebar.
Windows can’t open this file
File:    POWERREG SCHEDULER.del
To open this file, Windows needs to know what program you want to use to open it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of program that are installed on your computer.
What do you want to do?
(2 radio buttons)
Use the Web Service to find the correct program
Select a program from a list of installed programs
                                                                                  [OK]   [Cancel]
******************2nd Sign*********************
(Magnifying glass & piece of paper, Icon in upper left corner)
2)- Has RunnDLL written in the upper left hand corner of its Titlebar.
There was a problem starting
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgoundContainer.dll
The specified module could not be found.
                                                                                                    [OK

What can I do to get rid of these?
