So I have two computers and an android tablet. On the android tablet I have an app called shelves and I love it. I am able to search for whatever movie or tv show and add them by clicking on the name. Like if I wanted to add all of 7th Heaven(11 season) I just type in 7th and search then click all the seasons I have. The down to this is there is really no good way to back it up or look the information up if I do not have the tablet with me. So I was wondering if there is something like that for Windows.
Here is a link to google play shelves https://play.google....miadzin.shelves

Yeah, it is cool. :)
Chrome can bring some of the Google toys to Windows.
Here is a link:
Latest Chrome build brings all of Chrome OS to Windows 8 (http://www.pcworld.com/article/2087889/latest-chrome-build-brings-all-of-chrome-os-to-windows-8.html)
The latest Chrome build includes number of other improvements, most notably a visual cue to find tabs that are autoplaying video or audio, but the biggest feature for PC users is Chrome OS on Windows 8. Google doesn't call it that, of course. Instead, the company coyly describes the new feature as a "new look" for Windows 8 "Metro" mode—a description that completely ignores the similarities between the modern Chrome app and Chrome OS itself.

Well, what can I say. Soon Windows 8.2 will be out. Support for Windows 7 will dwindle. Personally, I am wondering if I souled even both learning more about Windows 7 and just move on to Windows 8 now. :-\

We can't always keep what we like. Now they are talking about Windows 9. But it is not yet listed as a current windows version.
Windows lifecycle fact sheet]Last updated: April 2014 (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/lifecycle)
As you see, Windows 7 is already on the list to be left behind in the near future.

Windows 7 support is going to continue until 2020.

Ever since XP support became limited all the talking heads seem to think each Win ver. is gonna be dead 4 years later...
Akin to feeding the Beast.
