Title: desktop scrambled

My desktop words are scrambled.  Can't figure how to fix because I can't read anything.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Could you give an example? Has it always been this way? Are you the only one who uses this computer? What do you think could have happened? Have you adjusted any settings?

Safe mode then scan for parasites.
