the server properties have been changed in my e-mail account to 127.0.0.1 causing my e-mail to not work. I changed them back to the correct verizon settings and it worked fine until I reboot and it changes them back to 127.0.0.1

......Odd.....but then we are dealing with computers....
First , please tell us what operating system you are using. What were you doing prior to the change taking place? Did you Download anything which could have caused the change? Did you install any program updates . Has anyone other than yourself been on the machine?

I use winxp and use Mcafee security center. I have updated xp and mcafee using the auto update services.
I have not added any new software or made any changes that would affect outlook expess. I have a lot of activity in my firewall inbound activity box, could someone have gotten thru the firewall and made changes to my system
