Title: How are Viruses actualy Made

Im Doing a school report on computer viruses and one of my key questions is how there made I've looked for hours but cant find the answer plz help me my teacher is putting alot of pressure on me :-[

Ya but there wasnt alot bout the actual makin just about that guy wh made that worm in 2001
